Flavour is the cornerstone of gastronomy at Restaurant Gemini. Fresh, Nordic ingredients, ecology and sustainability are paramount. Head Chef Toke Forsting Hansen creates the menus with inspiration from fresh seasonal ingredients.
Restaurant Gemini collaborates with local producers who guarantee the best organic and sustainable flavours.
For lunch, Restaurant Gemini offers a set menu with four dishes over three courses, based on the best flavours from the evening menu. You also have the option to create your own menu and choose several exciting dishes from the a la carte menu.
In the evening, a seven-course menu is served over four courses. The menu is always based on seasonal ingredients and is full of contrasts that guarantee fantastic flavours in beautiful surroundings. As with lunch, you can also order from the a la carte menu in the evening.
All menus are also available pescetarian, vegetarian and vegan and with the option to take allergens, food restrictions, etc. into account, if informed in advance.
