Take a unique journey of discovery on Northern Europe's largest dome screen as we follow modern man's exploration of our solar system

In a visual and sensory-saturated narrative, you'll be taken on a journey that follows the trail from NASA's very first unmanned space probes to the latest plans to send humans to Mars.

Through the history of NASA's probes, orbiters and landers, Our Beautiful Solar System follows the human endeavour to reach space - from the heart of our own solar system to the surface of the other planets and moons, through the great Voyager spacecraft journey, through the outer planets and beyond.

Along the way, we get up close to distant planets as we travel on the first space missions to the innermost planets of our solar system to the Voyager probes‘ exploration of the outer gas planets’ rings, peculiar moons and violent storms.

Touch the Stars is produced with all the latest imagery and scientific data, and the film uses real footage and three-dimensional renderings of our solar system and interstellar space to transport audiences to planets and distant stars.

The film features fascinating and beautiful images tailor-made for Planetarium's Dome screen.
