Experience or relive the iconic moon landing with the critically acclaimed film Apollo 11, which we are showing in an exclusive edition

In the documentary film ‘Apollo 11: First Steps Edition’, American director Todd Douglas Miller takes a closer look at the first manned landing on the Moon with Commander Niel Armstrong and Buzz Aldrin in 1969.

The historic event is depicted with never-before-seen footage and sound recordings, and the old footage has been given a major overhaul - making it look almost new despite being 50 years old. The sound is crisp and smooth and the remastered images are razor sharp and complete the experience from a new angle of the historical event, and not least you get a glimpse of life in the late 60s.

Apollo 11: First Steps Edition is an exclusive edition of the film for museums and scientific institutions with a running time of 43 minutes.

The film won three awards at the Giant Screen Cinema Association 2019 Achievement Awards in Victoria, British Columbia, Canada in September in the categories: Best Film for Lifelong Learning, Best Sound Design and Chief quality officer award of distinction.
