Where can I park?
You can come to Planetarium by car and park on Gl. Kongevej, Vester Søgade and Kampmannsgade (observe the parking fees).
There are also indoor parking facilities in the area.
Two disabled parking spaces are available at Gl. Kongevej right in front of Planetarium.

The Dome
Europe’s largest tiltet enclosing Dome – sharp visualization in 8K and with an unparalleled sound.
The doors to the dome open app. 10 minutes before the film begins.
Lockers
Lockers are located inside Planetarium close to the entrance. They are available at a price of 10 DKK or 1 EUR (no refund).
We are not able to guarantee availability, if we have many visitors.
Elevator
We have one elevator from ground floor up to the Dome which is available to those needing it.
Space journey
All films in the Dome begin with a space journey.
Toilets
Toilets are all located on the ground floor close to the entrance.
Accessible toilet
The accessible toilet is mainly for disabled people and guests who need to use the baby changing station.
Activities for the entire family
During weekends and school holidays we have activities for the entire family.
Age limit
We do not recommend parents to bring along children under the age of 3 to the Planetarium dome.
Danish Narration
Almost all our films are in Danish. Most films are also shown in an English version. Some films, for instance ‘Apollo 11’ is only shown in English.
By each film you will see a trailer and some information about the film.
English Narration
Headsets with English translation of the film are available at the ticket sale.
There is a deposit of 50 DKK per headset which is refunded when returning the headset.
Duration of the films
By the individual film you can see the duration of the film. You will also find a description of the film, information about the film’s narration and possible age limits.
Special Needs facilities
Planetarium offers an accessible toilet on ground floor, an elevator and four wheelchair spaces in the Dome. We have one wheelchair that can be borrowed while visiting Planetarium; please call or write us if you wish to borrow the wheelchair so that we can reserve it for you.
Accompanying carers
For guests holding a companion card from the Danish Disability Organizations we offer one companion to come along for free. The card must be presented at the ticket sale.
Service/assistance dogs are welcome in Planetarium.
Animals
Animals – apart from service/assistance dogs – are not allowed in Planetarium.

We keep lost property for one month. After that, we hand over clothes for recycling. Other valuables as for instance jewelery, car keys etc. we hand over to the nearest police station.
